Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 38 Moondyne Trail, Gnangara - DA2021/1019
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 12 July 2021.
The application
proposes to install a new outbuilding at the rear of the property adjacent to
the existing outbuilding on the lot. The outbuilding is proposed to be 15m (L)
x 10m (W) x 4.57m (top of roof)(H) and setback 12.5m from the southern, 37.2m
to the western and 20m to the northern boundaries.
