The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 July 2021.
The application proposes to operate a Home Business (Dog Grooming) from the existing garage. The business operations are as follows:
- Business will operate between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesday
to Saturday;
- Maximum of 5 customers per day with no more than 1 customer and 1
customer dog on site at any one time. Customers are intended to be on site
when picking up or dropping off their dog;
- Business is intended to be located on one side of the existing
garage at the front of the property; and
- Customer parking will be in the existing driveway.
