The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 July 2021.

The application proposes the following;

• Veranda to be setback 3.7 metre from the southern boundary
• Building wall height of 7.7 metres from the north western boundary
• Veranda to be setback 7.4 metres from the north western boundary
• Dwelling building setback of 3.6 metres from both the northern and north eastern boundary
• Bed 2 to be setback of 3.9 metres from the north eastern boundary
• Retaining wall up to a height 1 metre built up to north eastern boundary
