LAND DISPOSITION - Proposal to Lease portion of Lot 12754 (19) Griffon Way, Alexander Heights

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the property as follows:

  • Lessee: Alexander Heights Shopping Centre Pty Ltd
  • Property:  3,704m2 (approximate) being the whole of Lot 12754 (19) Griffon Way, Alexander Heights
  • Term: Twenty One (21) years commencing on execution of the lease by the parties
  • Option: Nil
  • Rent:  $9,500 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings incremented by 3.5% during the Term and market reviews on the seventh (7th) and fourteen (14th) anniversary
  • Market  Valuation: $11,100 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings.
