The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 30 July 2021.
The application proposes to construct an outbuilding at the rear of the property. The outbuilding proposes a wall length of 3.8 metres and a maximum wall height of 2.4 metres, to be setback nil from the southern boundary.
