City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 195

Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 15 June 2021 resolved, in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005, to initiate Scheme Amendment No. 195 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2) for public advertising.

The purpose of the Scheme amendment is to insert a provision to limit the minimum lot size in a Mixed Use zone to 300m2.
