The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 August 2021.
The application
proposes three dwellings (grouped dwellings) to be constructed on the subject
site. The dwellings are proposed to be serviced by a common property driveway
located on the western portion of the lot. The dwellings are single storey in
nature and located along the eastern boundary, with a cumulative boundary wall along
the eastern boundary (your shared boundary) for all three dwellings of 25.9
metres.
