City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 186

Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 17 November 2020 resolved, in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005, to initiate Scheme Amendment No. 192 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2) for public advertising.

The purpose of the Scheme amendment is to allow ‘Place of Worship’ and incidental ‘Reception Centre’ as additional land uses at Lot 60 (187) Hawkins Road, Jandabup (the subject land).

Please be advised, this is a scheme amendment for land use only. There is no works component as part of this process. Any actual development relating to the additional uses on the land will be subject to a development application process.
