EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 21187 - TOURISM DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY
The City of Wanneroo (City) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable tourism and caravan park developers and operators for the development and operation of a low impact and environmentally sensitive tourism accommodation development at Lot 211 (2) Quinns Road, Mindarie.
Proponents with demonstrated skills, experience and financial standing are invited to submit their interest to develop and operate a successful tourism and caravan park site under a ground lease from the City, with due consideration to local community, heritage and conservation values.
Please Note: The City has moved to electronic submission of EOI only.
The EOI documents can be obtained by registering at https://wanneroo.etenderbox.com.au/
EOI’s must be submitted electronically through the eTenderbox website by 4pm, Friday 8 October 2021.
An EOI that has not been submitted electronically when the EOI closes will not be considered for evaluation. Facsimile, e-mail or hand delivered submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
The City of Wanneroo may decline to accept any EOI. Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify.
