The Minister for Planning approved Amendment 193 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 which introduces ‘Medical Centre’ as an Additional Use at Lot 1 (845) Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo.  The Amendment was published in the government gazette on 22 February 2022 and took effect from that date.

City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 193

Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 13 July 2021 resolved, in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005, to initiate Scheme Amendment No. 193 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2) for public advertising.

The purpose of the Scheme amendment is to introduce ‘Medical Centre’ as an Additional Use at Lot 1 (845) Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo.
