Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 15 Redruth Court, Yanchep (DA2021/1156).
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 September 2021.
The application proposes an outbuilding in the south western corner of the abovementioned property. The outbuilding is of dimension 11 metres by 6 metres. The 11 metre length of the outbuilding is parallel to the rear (western) boundary of the subject site. The outbuilding is setback 1 metre to the western boundary and 0.5 metres to the southern boundary. The outbuilding has a wall height of 3 metres and an overall height of 3.53 metres.
