The Yanchep-Two Rocks DCP was established in 2014 to collect financial contributions from developing landowners towards the cost of delivering district level community facilities in the Yanchep-Two Rocks area.
The City’s District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS 2) requires that any estimated costs included in the DCP be reviewed at least annually to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.
The City has completed its annual review of the Yanchep-Two Rocks DCP and Council considered this matter at its meeting on 7 September 201 (PS03-09/21). At this meeting Council endorsed the revised Yanchep-Two Rocks DCP cost estimates for the purpose of public consultation, which includes a revised facility cost estimate of $27,931,551 and a per lot contribution rate of $3,909.23
