Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 2 Schooner Place, Yanchep (DA2021/1502)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 6 October 2021.
The application proposes to construct a 90m2 outbuilding. The
outbuilding proposes a wall length of 10 metres and a maximum wall height of 3
metres, to be setback 0.1 metres from the eastern boundary.
