Proposed Local Development Plan (LDP) No. 3 – Hainsworth (Girrawheen)
The above-mentioned Local Development Plan is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 October 2021.
The proposal is seeking a modification to the existing LDP to include lot boundary setback provision limited to Lots 191-206. These provisions provide maximum height and length requirements for boundary walls.
