Information

Proposed Single House Amendments at 29 Davenport Circuit Mindarie (DA2021/1339)

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 October 2021.

The application is seeking to retrospectively amend an existing approval for a single house, which was issued in 2019. The amendments proposed are as follows:

  • Removal of obscure glazing to the existing scullery window. The window faces southeast and is setback 2.2m from the common boundary;
  • Removal of obscure glazing and repositioning of an existing dining room window. The window faces southwest and is setback 3.5m from the common boundary; and
  • Removal of screening to the existing balcony. The balcony faces southeast and is setback 7.06m from the common boundary.
  • Removal of screening to the existing balcony. The balcony faces northwest and is setback 7.2m from the common boundary.

It is noted that the existing house has been constructed to the standards as listed above. As this varies from the original approval, this is currently being reviewed as part of this revised application
