Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 188
Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 20 April 2021 resolved, in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005, to initiate Scheme Amendment No. 188 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2) for public advertising.
The purpose of the Scheme amendment is to introduce the additional use of Motor Vehicle Repairs at Lot 23 (250) Carabooda Road, Carabooda.
