Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 101 Cassilda Way Two Rocks (DA2021/1798)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 December 2021.
The application
proposes an outbuilding which is located to the north east of the subject site.
The outbuilding is setback between 3m and 3.7m from the front lot boundary and
is of dimension 7.4m by 15.1m in dimension. The outbuilding is also setback
approximately 2.28 metres from the eastern lot boundary. The outbuilding has a
height of 3.1m at the front of the outbuilding and 5.1m to the rear of the
outbuilding.
