Proposed Single House at 20 Whitehouse Drive, Koondoola (DA2021/1713)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 December 2021.
The application
proposes a single storey residence on the abovementioned property. The
residence incorporates three boundary walls of which, two abut the eastern lot
boundary and one abuts the southern lot boundary. The boundary walls along the
eastern lot boundary are 7.9m and 5.9 metres in length individually and are
separated by a 4.8 metre ‘gap’ in the boundary wall. These boundary walls are
2.6m in height and 2.8 metres in height respectively. The southern boundary
wall is 8.2m in length and a maximum of 2.8m in height.
