Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Wall and Privacy Screen) at 17 Jindinga Way, Wanneroo (DA2021/1687)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 December 2021.
The application
proposes a series of retaining walls at the front of the abovementioned property
which are intended to stabilise and flatten the front portion of the lot. The
retaining walls are a maximum of 2m in height above the ground level at the
southern lot boundary. The retaining wall is a maximum of 3m in length has a
nil setback to the southern lot boundary. This portion of a retaining wall also
incorporates a 900mm Colorbond privacy screen on the southernmost portion of
the retaining wall.
