Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 291 Landbeach Boulevard, Alkimos (DA2021/1806)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 December 2021.
The application proposes a patio which is 14.5m in length along the common southern boundary. The patio is proposed to have a nil setback for the
posts, with the roof setback 500mm from the common boundary, at a height of
3.15m, and the maximum roof height at 4.12m.
