City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 194

Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 7 September 2021 resolved, in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005, to initiate Scheme Amendment No. 194 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2) for public advertising.

The purpose of the Scheme amendment is to introduce the additional use of Car Park at Lot 802 (1954) Wanneroo Road, Neerabup which will allow the landowner to operate a business that provides residents an alternative location to store recreational vehicles, such as caravans, trailers and boats.
