The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 January 2021. (28 days plus an additional 7 days to allow for the Christmas period as required by the Planning Regulations)
The application proposes

Office which will form part of the display home centre
(village) which is located on 80 Vincent Road, Sinagra. A Sales Office is considered an ‘Unlisted Use’ under the City’s Planning Scheme. In
accordance with the Department of Planning’s recent amendments to the Planning
Regulations all Unlisted Uses require public consultation prior to a
determination being made.
