Proposed Pedestrian Accessway Closure – Portion of Lot 923 (5) Grayswood Court, Landsdale
Public comment is invited on the proposed permanent closure of a 0.1m Pedestrian Access Way (PAW) on a portion of Lot 923 (5) Grayswood Court, Landsdale. The 0.1m PAW was created to restrict access from Lot 923 to the road and it falls within the property boundary. The proposed closure would result in the PAW being amalgamated into Lot 923 (5) Grayswood Court, Landsdale. Consultation on this proposal is mandatory under Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997.
