Proposed Single House Addition (Boundary Screening) at 6 Thurleigh Approach Butler (DA2021/1997)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 January 2022.
The application
proposes a single house extension with a balcony in the vicinity of the
southeast boundary of the neighbouring property. The balcony features a screening wall,
however it will still result in a 1.5m2 area of overlooking onto the property.
