The Quinns Mindarie Surf Life Saving Club have submitted a Noise Management Plan (NMP) which, if approved by the City of Wanneroo Chief Executive Officer (CEO), allows beach cleaning and activities associated with hazard or emergency management to be exempted from the noise limits stipulated in the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997 for a period of up to three years.
Before the CEO approves or refuses this NMP it is being advertised for 30 days to allow any submissions to be received and considered.
Submissions about this NMP may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Wanneroo, Locked Bag 1, Wanneroo WA 6946, by no later than 5pm Monday 28 February 2022.
