Proposed Amendment to Local Development Plan No. 1 - Zamia Rise Dunes
Public comment is invited on the the proposed amendment to Local Development Plan No. 1.
The LDP proposes to extend the building envelope for 22 Seagrass Street, Yanchep.
The proposed extension of building envelope compromises of the below:
- The western side of the building envelope is proposed to extend by approximately 6m (68sqm) to facilitate the installation of a 10.5m x 6.0m outbuilding, setback 2m from the western boundary; and
- The eastern side of the building envelope is proposed to be extended by approximately 5m (104sqm) to facilitate a swimming pool.
