The City of Wanneroo resolved at its Ordinary Meeting of Council on 15 February 2022 to advertise the following proposed Local Law:
ANIMALS AMENDMENT LOCAL LAW 2022
The purpose of the proposed Animals Amendment Local Law 2022 is to amend the City of Wanneroo Animals Local Law 2021.
The effect is to amend the requirement that Council make a determination rather than the local government and to correct typographical errors in Schedule 1, items 24 and 25.
