Proposed Change Of Use To Veterinary Centre (Amendment to DA2019/1491) at 220 Camborne Parkway, Butler (DA2021/1902)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 April 2022.
The application proposes to partially change the approved land use of Units 2 and 3 (amalgamated) within Building 1 from ‘Showroom’ to ‘Veterinary Consulting Room’. In accordance with the planning framework applicable to the Butler Activity Centre a Veterinary Consulting Room is to be treated as an ‘Unlisted Use’ under the City’s Planning Scheme. In accordance with the Department of Planning’s recent amendments to the planning regulations all Unlisted Uses require public consultation prior to a determination being made.
