– the structure is proposed to be 4m in length, with a wall height of 2.8m and
setback 1.4m from the southern boundary
· Boundary
wall - the structure is proposed to be 10.5m in length, with a maximum wall
height of 2.4m and setback nil from the southern boundary
· Front
Fence – the structure is proposed to be located within the subject sites front
boundary with a maximum fence height of 2.4m above natural ground level.
