The above-mentioned
development application, which seeks to increase the trading hours of an approved Restricted
Premises (Adult Shop) at the abovementioned address, is currently being advertised
for public comment until 7 April 2022.
Public comment is invited on
the proposed modified trading hours only. The
current approved operating hours are 9:00 am to 7:00pm Monday to Sunday and are
proposed to change to the following:
- 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Wednesday;
- 9:00am to 11:00pm Thursday to Saturday; and
- 9:00am to 7:00pm Sunday (no change to Sunday trading hours)
