Proposed Home Business Category 3 – (Motor Inspections) at 259 Sydney Road, Gnangara (DA2022/168)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 April 2022.
The Home Business Category 3 – Motor Inspection includes the following;
- Inspect light cars internally and externally to ensure that everything operates per government regulations;
- Provide general advice regarding what works should be conducted at a mechanic shop (not on the premises) if a fault is present; and
- Not include the following: car servicing, tyre changing, general repairs or oil change
The Home Business operation proposes the following:
- A maximum of 5 clients per day, via appointment only;
- Operational hours of Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm; and
- Operate out of the existing Outbuilding
