The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 April 2022.
The application proposes a change of use to Short
Term Accommodation. The details of the application are as follows:
- A maximum of 6 adults and 2 children are proposed at any one time;
- The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the site;
- A total of 4 car bays will be contained on site;
- Check in time is from 2pm and checkout time is between 7am and 11am;
- Guests must stay for a minimum of four (4) nights and a maximum of 90 days;
- Pets are only permitted by permission from the manager;
- A Management plan has been provided by the applicant, which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed and run.
