Community Facility Projects - Quinns Rocks - Gumblossom Community Centre - Upgrade

Project description	The facilities at the Gumblossom Community Centre will be updated to support the current and future needs of the community. Sports Pavillion – increase natural lighting to the hard court, refurbish kitchen and upgrade air conditioning to the games room. Community Centre – refurbish function room kitchen, convert administration office into a communications room, convert the office and store into a larger meeting room and upgrade the toilets to meet ensure universal access. Activity (Playgroup) – conversion of current changerooms into storage, upgrade of toilet facilities, and upgrade of craft room and outdoor BBQ area. CCTV will be installed internally and externally. These upgrades will occur in stages and will commence with the Community Centre changes. Stage 1 - Upgrade to Community Centre - construction scheduled to commence 3 February 2025 with completion anticipated by end of June 2025.
Expected Date of Completion	2025 to 2026 financial year.
