Road Projects - Madeley – New carpark and access road at Kingsway Regional Sporting Complex

This project will include:

• a new accessway off Sporting Drive
• a new roundabout
• 46 parking bays; and 
• electrical, water, sewer, and firefighting infrastructure to service three (3) new tenancies.

Construction commenced in April 2024 and is scheduled for completion in August 2024.    

2024/25 financial year.
