Road Projects - Marangaroo – Mirrabooka Avenue (northbound carriageway) between Hepburn Avenue to Rawlinson Drive – Renew Road Surface

To ensure the City is travel friendly with balanced and sustainable transport choices, improvements will be made to provide a smoother drive and improve safety by renewing the road surface.

This will include surface preparation and the removal of existing asphalt where required, asphalt resurfacing, removal and reinstatement of kerbing and line marking.

Road Closure - Night works

The renewal portion of these works needs to be carried out over approximately four (4) to five (5) night shifts.

Details of road closure:

• 28 October 2024 to 1 November 2024, between the hours of 7pm and 6.00am.
• Mirrabooka Avenue (northbound carriageway) will only be closed to the public during the above dates and times.
• Variable Message Boards will be in place to communicate  this road closure/night works to commuters.
• Road detours will be in place, which will, at times, result in increased traffic in the surrounding areas.

It is anticipated that the City’s portion of works will be completed by mid-November 2024.
