Road Projects - Road Resurfacing Program

Each year we invest in resurfacing some of our roads to ensure they are maintained and safe.

2024 to 2025 financial year.

Road resurfacing at the following locations:

Alexander Heights

• The Avenue – concrete aprons on driveway crossovers only – Marangaroo Drive to house number 68

Koondoola

• Butterworth Avenue – from Koondoola Avenue to Hurlston Way
• Koondoola Avenue – from Mirrabooka Avenue to the Koondoola Community Centre

Landsdale

• The Broadview – three (3) roundabouts at the intersecting at Heathfield Drive, Southmead Drive and Queensway Road

Marangaroo

• Parin Road – inclusive of concrete aprons on driveway crossovers.
• Highclere Boulevard – inclusive of concrete aprons on driveway crossovers.
  Night works and road closure between Marangaroo Drive and Rawlinson Drive
  • Night works will occur between 6.00pm to 12.00am (midnight) across nine (9) night shifts between 7 – 17 April 2025.
  • Road closure of the north lane of Marangaroo Drive at the intersection with Highclere Boulevard is tentatively booked for three (3) of the night shifts between 7 - 9 April 2025.
  • Variable Message Boards will be in place to communicate road closures/night works to commuters.
  • Road detours will be in place, which will, at times, result in increased traffic in the surrounding areas.
  • Access to private properties and businesses in the surrounding area will not be interrupted during these works and access to Highclere Boulevard will be available during the day.

• Villanova Street – to U31/5 Calabrese Avenue
