The Hub provides a range of meeting spaces including: 

• Activity Room 2, equipped with teleconference facilities for online meetings
• Activity Room 3, ideal for small meetings and conversations
• Meeting Room 1, equipped with projector and screen
• Collaborative space, an open area that is ideal for larger informal meetings or formal presentations
• Kitchen, for shared use by hirers

Before completing a booking form please enquire about the availability of a community centre, clubroom or park/sports ground by contacting the City's Facility Booking team on (08) 9405 5000.

• Casual Building Hire form - for up to 12 bookings per financial year
• Annual Building Hire form - for more than 12 bookings per financial
• Membership Confirmation & Subsidised Use request form - for not for profit and incorporated groups/clubs/organisations only
• Conditions of Hire for Council facilities
