Community Facility Projects - Two Rocks - Phil Renkin Leisure Centre ventilation upgrade

Project description	This project has been funded under the Australian Government’s Local Roads & Community Infrastructure Program – Phase 2. This program supports local councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects across Australia, supporting jobs and the resilience of local economies to help communities bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic. The first floor level of the Phil Renkin Leisure Centre contains an activity space with a performing arts stage and an indoor sports hall used for basketball, badminton and other activities. There is limited ventilation to this space and it can become very hot for users. The scope is to: Investigate options for natural/mechanical ventilation to the first floor activity space and obtain preliminary cost estimates Detailed design and costing for preferred option Implement solution
