Community Facility Projects - Wangara - Wangara Industrial Area - new CCTV network

Project description	The purpose of the Wangara CCTV network is to assist with monitoring the ingress / egress of vehicles in the industrial area to reduce crime. The City has been working closely with WA Police during the course of this project. The new system will consist of the installation of thirteen (13) CCTV to standalone smart poles that will send on demand footage back to the Civic Centre. This project also incorporates Smart City technologies to effectively run the system.
Expected Date of Completion	2023/2024 financial year.
Status	Following significant delays due to unforeseen difficulties, this project was completed in June 2024.
