Key Facts

This project has been funded under the Australian Government’s Local Roads & Community Infrastructure Program – Phase 3.

The Hinckley Park new toilet block project was made possible through $270,000 funding from the Australian Government through the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program.

This program supports local councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects across Australia, supporting jobs and the resilience of local economies to help communities bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic.

There have been a number of requests from the community for toilet facilities at Hinckley Park, following the park upgrades recently completed.

The new toilets will support the high level of usage and popularity of the upgraded park and enhance the experience of the area for the community.
