Online forms: Request for Remote Access to City Network

Use this form to request remote access to the City of Wanneroo network.

Remote access allows an employee to access City of Wanneroo information external to their usual office location by connecting remotely through the internet.  The access must be authorised by a Coordinator, Manager or Director.

No remote access request is required for email only access. This is automatically available to all employees from https://mail.wanneroo.wa.gov.au/. Refer to the intranet for further information.

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is a requirement to access the City’s systems remotely.
