Montrose Park is undergoing significant changes which will provide an inclusive and accessible place for all to enjoy.

These changes will include:

  • The demolition of the existing toilets, kiosk, and changerooms, which will be replaced with new accessible and modern toilets and changing rooms
  • A new multipurpose space, storeroom, cleaning room, and a verandah overlooking the spectator area
  • Renewal of the tennis courts, fencing, and sports lighting.

During the construction period from 10 February 2025 to July 2025, the tennis court facilities and children's play equipment area will be unavailable.  There will also be limited parking available to the public during this phase.  Pedestrian access to the park will remain open.
