How to pay

In Person

City of Wanneroo Civic Centre, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo. Payment methods are cash, cheque or  Eftpos (including credit card). Opening hours: Monday to Friday // 8:30am to 4:30pm excluding public holidays.

Clarkson Library, corner Ocean Keys Boulevard & Ebb Way, Clarkson. Payment methods are cash, cheque or  Eftpos (including credit card). Opening hours: Monday to Friday // 9am to 12:00pm and 12:45pm to 5pm excluding public holidays.

Credit card payment using Mastercard or Visa. Phone: 9405 5000 and select option 2 (Rangers) and then option 3 (infringements).

Request an extension for payment

If you are experiencing financial hardship, the City of Wanneroo can provide an extension of 28 days for payment to be made. Please note, the City cannot offer part payment arrangements for infringements.

Review an infringement

To  have an infringement reviewed, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Infringement number
  • Vehicle registration number
  • Full name, postal address, email address & contact number
  • Copies of all relevant supporting documentation
  • Detailed reasons why you believe the infringement is to be reviewed

You can request an infringement review via our online form or by post (infringement reviews cannot be accepted by telephone).

Application for action by a Court

If you wish to have your infringement dealt with by a Court, please complete the reverse of your Final Demand Notice. Alternatively you can write a letter requesting your infringement  be dealt with by a Court.
