Tenders
The City of Wanneroo Governance & Executive Services Unit is responsible for drafting legally binding agreements to ensure that both parties to a Contract are aware of their obligations and that these are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
The Unit co-ordinates three major phases in the contracting process - Procurement Planning, Contract Development and Contract Management. Our range of specialised services include tender invitation and evaluation, contract preparation and contract management.
All City of Wanneroo Tenders are advertised in the West Australian newspaper, the Wanneroo Times and feature on our website.
Tenders can only be placed in the Tender Box at the Customer Services Counter. A Tender that is not in the Tender Box when Tenders close will not be considered for evaluation. Facsimile or E-mail tenders will not be considered for evaluation.
Suppliers please note: Due to compliance with Local Government Regulations and commercial in confidence requirements the City is unable to release any details on who or what companies have collected tender documents. Therefore, please do not ask for this information as refusal may offend.
