Proposed Commercial Development (Gym and Swim School) at 160 Butler Boulevard, Butler (DA2022/952)
The application proposes to construct one Gym and one Swim School on the site. The proposal includes:
Gym:
- An overall building area of 1,217m2 (split over two floors) inclusive of workout areas, offices and associated amenities;
- Operating hours 24 hours per day, seven days per week; and
- Capacity for up a maximum of 70 persons at any time.
Swim School:
- An overall building area of 736m2 inclusive of a pool, incidental café and associated amenities;
- Operating hours from 8.00am to 9.00pm, seven days per week; and
- Capacity for up a maximum of 50 persons at any time.
In addition to the above, the proposal also includes:
- Primary access via Bruton Lane;
- 63 car parking bays; and
- Associated Landscaping and Signage.
