The application proposes a single house at 3 Penryn Lane, Mindarie. The
applicant is proposing a wall length of 13.8m with a setback to the ground
floor of 1.01m and a setback to the upper floor of 1.5m, with a total wall
height of 6.3m to the adjoining property to the northeastern boundary.
The proposed dwelling also results in a total of approximately 43.8m2
of overlooking, with a setback of 1m to the lot boundary, into the adjoining
property to the southwest.
