Proposed Single House at 3 Penryn Lane, Mindarie (DA2022/1098)

 

The application proposes a single house at 3 Penryn Lane, Mindarie. The applicant is proposing a wall length of 13.8m with a setback to the ground floor of 1.01m and a setback to the upper floor of 1.5m, with a total wall height of 6.3m to the adjoining property to the northeastern boundary.

The proposed dwelling also results in a total of approximately 43.8m2 of overlooking, with a setback of 1m to the lot boundary, into the adjoining property to the southwest.

Due to the lot boundary variation, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
