The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20
February 2023.
The
application proposes a shed, patio, shade sail, driveway and alteration to the existing
fence.
The
City if seeking comments in relation to the proposed patio, details of which
include the following:
- Length - 10.5m x 8.5m;
- Wall height - 2.9m; and
- Setbacks - 0.5metres from the north eastern boundary and nil from the north western boundary.
