The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised
for public comment until 7 April 2023.
The
application proposes a raised balcony located at the front of the dwelling
which results in 53.5sqm of overlooking to north-east side of neighbouring
property.
Due to the
overlooking, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to
