The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 May 2023.
The application proposes a change
of use to Holiday House. Details of the application are as follows:
- A maximum of 6 guests allowed to stay on the property at any given time;
- The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the site;
- A total of 3 car bays will be contained on site (2 bays within the garage and space for 1 vehicle in the driveway);
- Check in time is between 3pm and late via a lock box and check out time is 10am;
- Guests must stay a minimum of two nights; and
- A management plan has been provided by the applicant, which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed and run.
